Ed Thomas has been actively involved with boats and boating for the past 35 years as a boat owner and has been merchandising, marketing and selling a wide variety on marine products for the past 25 years. As the U.S importer and distributor for Aquapro Inflatables International since 1985, Ed has added a vast amount of experience and knowledge to his understanding of your needs and questions as a buyer. Ed has recently teamed with Tradewind Inflatable Boats and can now offer a wide variety of makes and models to fit your particular requirements for an inflatable boat. Tradewind Inflatable Boats, Outboards and Marine has moved into a new 23,000 square foot location at 1945 Placentia Ave, Costa Mesa, CA. The new facility is directly across the street from their former location.
Tradewind is the largest inflatable dealer in Southern California with as many as 100 boats on display. Deluxe and Open RIB Tenders from Nautica, Caribe, Aquapro and Achilles and roll-up and fold-up inflatable boats from Achilles, Caribe and TWI private label are showcased and available to view.
Tradewinds is also dealer for aluminum skiff's by Pacific, Bayrunner and Klamath in addition to fiberglass skiffs by Livingston.
For over twenty years Tradewind's has specialized in hypalon fabric inflatable boats. We are the premier dealer in the area for deluxe console yacht tenders, rigged to their clients specification. Tradewind's supplies inflatable boats to boat buyers, yacht brokers and dealers throughout Southern Califonia.
Tradewinds has a competent staff of inflatable repair technicians, specializing in Weaver Snap Davit Installions, building or repairing all inflatable products.
Outboard motor sales and outboard motor service are available for Honda, Yamaha and Tohatsu. Tradewinds experienced staff are experts with motor service, motor repair and complete outboard re-power.
